Just type in-text citations as you do any text of your paper, as shown at the end of this

Remember when writing a paper in Word to pay attention to the red/green corrections the
software gives you within your sentence. This means there is an error in either your spelling or
sentence structure that needs to be corrected, or you have written a sentence that may read more
legibly or succinctly if you revise it. For example, a green underline may simply be indicating
you’ve written a verb in the passive voice. If this is the case, when you right-click on the word or
words underlined, you will see “Passive voice. Consider revising.”

For the School of Business all tables and pictures go within the body of the paper as the
assumption is that it is a “business paper.” Just for reference, if one were writing a strictly
“academic paper,” according to APA Guidelines the table would go in the back of the paper and
would be referenced. A point to note, graphics should only be used if they support the narrative;
otherwise they should be omitted.
